For RFID antennas, an insufficient quality control system has undeniable

consequences. If defective antennas are not detected in time, the complete

transponder or finished card must be discharged as unfit, leading to high costs caused by rejects. That is why KURZ takes Quality Assurance seriously.

Every single antenna is checked under laser control to ensure optimal performance. The antennas produced in accordance with the ISO-15693- and

ISO-14443-standards undergo rigorous examinations in the course of production.

As finished reels, every one of the antennas are again tested visually

and electronically once more.
