The variety of applications of our antenna is immense. Our antennas

can be flexibly adapted to meet the requirements of the desired field of

application (carrier substrate and chip).

 

The HF antennas KURZ produces operate at a frequency of 13,56 MHz. Together with the chip, they form a true basis for RFID technology. The design of our antennas and the tested quality of every antenna guarantees constant system stability and readability at all times.

 

Flexible antenna structure - we are prepared for every kind of use

 

With a size of 76 by 45 millimeters, our antenna is adapted to match the

measurements of the ISO-card. The layer thickness (µm) and length of the inner coil may, however, has the fl exibility to be modifi ed to adapt our product to suit your application and the chip. Our copper antenna is by far much thinner than that of an aluminum antenna but it achieves a higher level of efficiency and quality is nevertheless achievable. This high level of quality permits, among other applications, the use of micro controllers, because our product meets enormous energy requirements.

 

Our antenna production is based on a closed, additive process. Unique to

our product is the fact that neither coiling nor etching operations are required

in the production chain, so less material is consumed. This leads to a clear reduction of costs and no ecologically harmful waste materials are produced.

 

Therefore we have developed an economic antenna-product for a multitude of applications: SECOBO®.

 

  • We produce antennas on the basis from copper, which gives them a 60 percent greater conductivity in comparison with aluminum antennas.

 

  • Our antennas are particularly suitable for the Flip-Chip-Bonding process.

 

  • The surface quality and the material properties of our copper antennas permit fast bonding and long-lasting adherence. Maximum yield values can therefore be attained.
